1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days for processing before shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (subject to customs delays)
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and FedEx for domestic and international shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
4D SIGNS is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your country upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to carrier limitations or legal regulations.
