Return & Refund Policy – 4D SIGNS

At 4D SIGNS, every product is custom-made with precision and care. Because of the handcrafted and personalized nature of our items, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Clear photos of the product and its original packaging (including the shipping label) must be provided.

We will review your claim and if approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

We reserve the right to deny any request if there is evidence of tampering, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make sure the correct product is shipped to you at no extra cost.

4. No Returns for Custom or Limited Edition Products

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom designs, limited editions, or personalized items.
